  Not impressed by this store. Staff are nice but foid quality is terrible. Put in a complaint get one call no vouce mail left then send an email saying we tried phoning to discuss your experience try calling again no answer. Tried several times zero response then get an email saying that the complaint is closed. So obviously this red rooster thinks its ok to serve rock hard rolls and cold food and garlic bread with butter far from melted. Ohh and on another occasion get told off by the manager for makin g a complaint when the seem to of got half my order wrong. Got fixed by or we will resolve missing items next time that suits you. Not impressed they as they stuff up and not give any consolation. So glad to be moving soon as this store is shocking. They literally have a care factor of zero.
